From the Select a Family choose(child). Your information will auto fill if you had a account in the past. Any missing info please fill in.
If you bringing another family member from your household click add individual. From the Select a Family Member their name. if they are not add them by filling out the information.
If you are bringing someone who is not in your household, click add individual, under family member button click no and fill in their info.
then click continue and you will come to the Summary page. This way we can send them an email if we need to.
Under Payment you can add a payment type or use the one you have on file. Select the type and click next
After you have completed the registration form you will receive a confirmation email.
